The Mule Tavern is a neighborhood craft dive bar. We make our ginger beer in house for our signature Moscow Mules and Mule Variations. We also make scratch tonic, house made sour mixes, and Tacoma's best Old Fashioned. Our small kitchen specializes in grilled sandwiches which are served with a light salad or chips. Our most popular sandwich is our Grilled Cheese made with Provolone and Swiss cheeses, on crispy grilled sourdough, and served with our savory tomato soup inspired dipping sauce. The Summit House Restaurant is located at 6,872 feet at the top of the Mt. Rainier Gondola, on the northeast edge of Mt. Rainier National Park.
