Owner Richard Greminger has vast business experience with 20 years in the restaurant industry. After owning and managing various businesses, Rick pursued his passion to open a restaurant. Combining his business experience, and love of great food and music, 611 Union was born. Excited to get involved in the growth of downtown Schenectady’s restaurants and eateries, shops and live music options, 611 Union is the ideal location. Complimented by Rivers Casino, Mohawk Harbor, and Proctors Theater. Rick has lived in Niskayuna for 25 years and now lives downtown Schenectady. “I wanted to provide a fun, relaxed destination where people can get together and enjoy wonderful food and beverages and listen to live music all while not breaking the bank”.
