This was a fun place to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The service from Maddy was excellent. She was attentive and friendly. Food was great, with some interesting options. My friend and I both had grain bowls. The wine tasting was a treat, which we enjoyed!

Shouldn't take 2.25 hours to serve drinks, simple entre and dessert. Food must have been sitting too long, dried out. Creme Brule had broken (like cottage cheese) and Brule was burnt. What started as a happy experience at a fantastic place went down the tube. Service was sooo bad.

We got in at our time of reservation. Our server seemed to be distracted. Never checked on us when we got our food, forgot to bring water, lied and said the bar was backed up when we asked where my drink was but we could clearly see it finished and waiting to be served, didn’t bring boxes when we asked, split off a part of the check to pay with credit card and then didn’t tell us what we owed for the rest of the check. My blood orange cosmo was also made incorrectly. We had to keep going to the bar and ask for things. I also work and manage in the service industry and understand the worker shortage now this seems to be just a server issue and not an issue with the establishment it self.

Great meal - sampled a few things from the summer menu. Hot Girl Paloma was delicious. So was the peach and burrata flatbread, the fig and pig sandwich, the dessert trio. And Carrie, as always, is a great bartender and waitress. Best ambiance in town.

Loved Easton Wine Project. My family and I went on Mother's Day. Our server Ashley was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We had two wine tasting in which we had the chance to taste 5 hand picked selected wines at once. Awesome, we did bring 3 bottles home. The food was scrumptious. We tried almost every item on the small plates section. Definitely will return on Fri & Sat to catch the music vibes

On NYE, we were hoping to be able to taste or have a glass of your 1752 sparkling wine, but only the bottle was available. May have been a nice touch for those who made reservations to add an option for a full glass tasting with a champagne flute glass for additional purchase. Otherwise it was a great way to begin the night.

Always love the EWP experience. The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. Booking a table ahead of time and making adjustments to the reservation is easy and seamless online. My only regret is that I couldn't restock my bottles of cranberry wine. Please make more soon!

Hi Tammy. Thank you for your review! So happy to hear from our return customers. Cranberry wine is definitely a fan favorite and it will be back! Ususally in the Fall. We can only bottle it once per year and we always run out. I recommend stocking up when it releases again. You can get a discount when buying multiple bottles.

Everything was really good. It was a Friday night, so it was quite busy, and a bit loud. It was hard to hear our conversation with one another. But that’s to be expected with the type of building. The food and drinks were wonderful! The service was polite, however sparse. We felt kind of forgotten about. We will definitely return, because overall our experience was good.

Our group of 4 had a wonderful luncheon. Our waitress was energetic, attentive, fun, made suggestions for food and wine. We shared several wines and appetizers. We loved the new fall menu. The pierogies with apple butter were fabulous. So was the charcuterie pretzel. We shared pumpkin spice crème brûlée for dessert. The surroundings are beautiful and our day was perfect.

We had a blast! There were eight of us who met in Italy five years ago on an escorted bus trip, have stayed in contact and meet up to visit twice a year, they all want to visit here again to come back to Easton Wine Project. Our server Sara was amazing.

So very disappointed in our most recent visit. The food was tasteless. We ordered 2 salads and a cup of soup and each were utterly lacking. The pretzel and sauces was fine. Having been to EWP before we expected much better. Something has changed for the drastically worse. Whoever prepared the food must have no training whatsoever.

Normally I have a lovely time at EWP but my most recent experience wasn't very pleasant. Originally I'd made a reservation for my mom's support group on a weekend and has a dozen RSVPs. Mom's were excited. But then the restaurant event coordinator Marissa emailed me and said I couldn't have the table area I reserved, saying they were very booked that night, encouraged me to change the date. I did, and not one mom showed up! A weekend is best for busy mom's not a Sunday or a weekday. Perhaps I'll try again next month. But going forward when we request a table area it should be honored verses us being bumped because of another preference of patron. It felt VERY unwelcoming to be honest. Also when I arrived I sat at my table for a full twenty minutes before a server finally acknowledged me! I'd given EWP a lot of promotion on social media. We had to find a people to seat us. We were there for brunch and the food was very salty. Not many options for people that don’t eat beef or pork. Our server was very nice. I have been here on a Saturday and it was much better.

The food was delicious! The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful! The live music was very loud and made it difficult to have conversation at our table. It also seemed that there were not enough staff. Our waitress was gone for almost 20 minutes after dropping off our dessert menus. We had to flag down another waitress to ask for help.

The food was very good, a bit pricey but everything has gone up. We were there when Jeff Bellfy was playing and he had the room singing along and totally enjoying themselves! We had reservations elsewhere but changed them for EWP because of the music. I wish your website advertised what band is coming up,

When we arrived, they did not have my reservation. I was able to provide them with my confirmation email from Table Agent. However they were still unable to locate it. They were able to seat us. But something on Table Agents end sure got screwed up

Everything was perfect. Our server Jen was sweet and attentive. We had the nachos which was a huge portion to feed four for an appetizer. Our party all had different flatbreads and they were all delicious. Then we ended it with the salted caramel dessert which was scrumptious. Everyone at the Wine Project was accommodating and attentive. Special kudos to the bar staff for mixing up some great drinks. DT

We had a great time except the lack of interest from our server. Requests like boxes and receipts needed to be asked more than once. We asked/ordered coffee and she asked if we wanted to wait for it to be brewed and we said yes. 20 minutes later she returned to say she hadn't started it yet and did we still want it. We said no.
