The 3rd Floor Cocktail Club is a private speakeasy serving hand-crafted cocktails, premium spirits, and small plates. Reservations are strongly encouraged as seating is limited and there is no standing room allowed. Entrance to The 3rd Floor Cocktail Club is through the Judge's Bench Pub in Historic Ellicott City.
