Marvin House

2 W 5th Street, Jamestown NY 14701
$ American

The home was left to the women of Jamestown in 1951 by Mrs. Elizabeth Warner Marvin to provide a place for women's groups whose purpose is the moral and mental improvement of women engaged in literary, musical, educational, scientific or historical work.

Through the years, many Chautauqua County women have worked diligently to improve and keep the home in good repair and it is a continual effort to keep funds and volunteers available for necessary projects to keep the home operational.

New members are always welcome and membership forms are available by calling or visiting the Marvin House.
