In addition to offering the freshest seasonal fare, we will be offering over thirty wines by the glass, a full bar and a wine list containing over 100 selections.

Surrounded by the majestic Gore Range, the restaurant is warm and contemporary. The menu features Imaginative American cuisine with an innovative array of diverse influences. The impressive wine list has received notable recognition including Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence."

In addition to taste-tempting dinner and lunch menus with something for every taste, appetite and budget, Sapphire offers Vail's only "raw bar" complete with the freshest-available oysters, crack-and-peel shrimp and other delicacies from the sea. Daily seafood and regional specialities also are available.
