At Fuji we strongly encourage making reservations for your dining experience, however a reservation is not a guaranteed seating time. It is an order of seating guaranteed at an estimated time based on our normal reservation flow giving your party preference over walk-in customers. Hibachi table side cooking is as unique in the manner of customer flow as it is in the preparation of the meal. The balance of customer promptness, chef availability, and table availability make it difficult to be exact in the reservation times. Our goal is to meet all reservation times and make your dinner a great experience, but at times circumstances beyond our control make this difficult. If a wait is anticipated Fuji will advise you as soon as possible and give you an estimate of the length of the wait.

We had a great time! Our granddaughter is 5 and she absolutely loved it. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. It wasn’t super expensive but it seemed a little high price wise. It was all really great! The chef was very friendly as was the rest of the staff we encountered. We haven’t been here in awhile for some reason but we will be back sooner this time.

The food and service was top notch. However the floors were VERY sticky as you walked across them. It makes you think there are sanitary issues at your restaurant. I love your place and would hate to see you loose business from outsiders for this reason.

Our cook at the hibachi was very soft spoken and didn't entertain very well. He was friendly and the food was fabulous but there wasn't much show. Last time I was at Fuji I laughed so hard the whole time.

Servers need to be more attentive, only saw them a couple of times during the experience, which could have led to more drink orders. Also, the chef missed part of my order during cooking, and I had to wait for that portion to be prepared in the kitchen and didn't arrive until ready to go. no discount was offered for the error. This won't keep me from coming back, as I frequently visit the establishment.

Too many sauces mixed in with vegetables. Better if kept on the lighter side. Proteins were good but not great. Atmosphere can use an overhaul. Service was very good however.

When we got there to check in for our reservation, the hostess told it was going to be at least 30 minutes. They didnt have a grill open. I asked a member of my party why did we make a reservation of we still had to wait. Only after complaining to our whole party about the service someone came over and asked if I had a reservation. They then took ileus back to a grill. The wait for someone to take our drinks was at least 10 minutes. Another 10 to get the drinks. Overall it took at least 2 hours to complete the experience. Food was high priced for the amount you received. Overall not impressed.
