We believe our customers care about what they consume and where their food comes from. We do too. The vast majority of our menu items are made in house; we prepare over 135 different items each week. I source locally whenever possible and regularly feature produce from the Grinnell Farmer's Marker in the spring and summer. Our meats and fish are delivered fresh and are never frozen. The beef and pork are from Iowa, processed 30 minutes away in Tama. The chicken is non-caged and antibiotic free. We strive to support Iowa breweries, and are proud to have a wide selection of craft Iowa beer.
