André’s is a third-generation Kansas City Swiss confectionery is overseen by André’s grandson, Pastry Chef and Chocolatier René Bollier. The Overland Park location is overseen by Brigitte Bollier-Gravino, the daughter of André and Elsbeth Bollier. André’s offers lunch plus pastries, tortes, chocolates and baked goods. Guests will be dining in a traditional Swiss-style Tea Room or on a Heated Patio. Lunch is served from 11am to 2:30 pm, coffees and pastries are served from 10:00am to 11:00am and 2:30pm to 4:30 pm.
