WE ARE A FINE DINING RESTAURANT. WE WERE ESTABLISHED IN 1987 AND ARE THE OLDEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN MIAMI. OUR CUISINE IS NOTHERN ITALIAN WITH LOTS OF SEAFOOD INFLUENCE. EVERYDAY WE MAKE ALL OUR BREADS, DESSERTS AND FRESH PASTAS. WE CATER TO PERSONS WITH DIETARY NEEDS AND HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF GLUTEN FREE AND VEGETARIAN CHOICES.

The Grand Beach Hotel restaurant “Chez Gaston” located on the lobby level of the property offers a menu inspired by Classic French cuisine with influences from all over the world, which give this restaurant a distinctive personality that cohesively matches the different cultures that visit Miami and this Miami oceanfront hotel. CHARCOAL garden bar + grill features world-class wines, garden-to-bar cocktails and a menu that features off-the-industrial-grid meats, seafood and seasonal vegetables. The restaurant utilizes a pair of charcoal-fired Josper grills; dishes are cooked simply, thus allowing the food to speak for itself. The indoor/outdoor space also serves as an events venue at The Wynwood Yard and is the only venue in Miami built out of modified shipping containers.
