We serve a combination of classic and modern Italian inspired food. We are pleased to prepare, right in front of you, both Neapolitan and New York style pizza as well as other dishes in our wood-burning oven. We also offer a boutique wine list to complement our chef’s creations. At Cérto we are proud to use the best ingredients and we have options for everyone including homemade fresh pastas, delicious meats and seafood and both New York style (kid’s favorite) and Neapolitan style (my favorite) pizzas made from scratch.

The Grand Beach Hotel restaurant “Chez Gaston” located on the lobby level of the property offers a menu inspired by Classic French cuisine with influences from all over the world, which give this restaurant a distinctive personality that cohesively matches the different cultures that visit Miami and this Miami oceanfront hotel. Chez Gaston allows Grand Beach Hotel guests to enjoy a casual and tropical dining experience in an indoor setting or outdoors with the property’s swimming pools in the background.

CHARCOAL garden bar + grill features world-class wines, garden-to-bar cocktails and a menu that features off-the-industrial-grid meats, seafood and seasonal vegetables. The restaurant utilizes a pair of charcoal-fired Josper grills; dishes are cooked simply, thus allowing the food to speak for itself. The indoor/outdoor space also serves as an events venue at The Wynwood Yard and is the only venue in Miami built out of modified shipping containers.

Overlooking 200 feet of beautiful white sandy tropical beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, our beachfront hotel offers the highest levels of luxury and service.
