June 9th & 10th Husband and Wife duo, Chef Henry Preston and Pastry Chef Kristin Preston, team up to host a fine dining take on traditional Hawaiian fare. Chef Henry was born and raised in Hawaii and draws on classic French techniques in a playful interpretation of the cuisine from his youth. Based in New American fine dining, Chef Kristin enjoys bringing an exotic and fresh expression to conventional flavors and textures. Tasting menus $37.50 per person.
