As usual, EVERYTHING at Dyberry Forks is absolutely amazing; the food is out-of-this-world, the cocktails are always special, the service is beyond excellent, the ambience and comfort of this Main Street, Honesdale restaurant should not be missed!!!!

Dyberry Forks is our favorite restaurant destination. Its a warm comfortable atmosphere, and a very interesting menu, every item is a home run. They have a knack for hiring very friendly and engaging wait staff whom all seam to know how to mix a great Martini.

It was a most wonderful surprise! Everything was great..From Ruby and Brandon greeting us and taking care of us, to the incredible hazelnut souffles. This will be our new go-to in town. My chopped salad was exactly what I needed and I added steak to round it out. It was really the perfect meal. 2 other guests ordered steak and they were PERFECT. The corn cakes were delicious, as was the coconut shrimp. One guest ordered the chicken and not a morsel was left on the plate...and my friend ordered the salmon and loved it. This is a quiet little jewel and we are so happy we went..and we will become regulars..as should you. Bravo!

We love D'Forks! Sampling the rotating selection of inspired cocktails and specials and then pairing it with our mainstay DF Burger creates a great meal every time. Super chill vibes seems baked into the walls, making for ideal date night conditions.

We had a nice time and the food was very good. I’d have given a higher ambiance score if it wasn’t quite so loud. The decor and vibe were very nice, but it was a bit hard to converse and the dining room wasn’t even full. The service was a bit slow but very friendly. The cocktails were excellent!

Had a very nice experience and would strongly recommend. Seated immediately, they were short staffed (I know a frequent occurrence now) which impacted service but the server was apologetic and endeavored to keep up. Food and drink were delicious, they just needed an additional server (or two). Will return.

We went on a Friday night and the overall experience was very good. Very nice atmosphere and attentive staff. The cocktails were wonderful. My margarita was very good and my wife’s cosmo was even better. The apps were very good, coconut shrimp and spinach dip. The entrees were fine. J in thought my skirt steak was very good although the Brussels sprouts were way too undercooked for my taste. But that could just be a matter of preference. The fried lasagna sounded better than it turned out to be. It was good but nothing special for a dish that sounded very interesting. We did not have desert. I would definitely return. We have been trying different spots in Hawley and Honesdale and this place was one of the better restaurants we’ve tried so far. Kudos to the staff!

Red Wine was warm. Asparagus soup was tasty but needed some body. Beet salad was good. Flat iron steak overcooked. Madelines were very good.
