Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellation must be made by Tuesday, February 11th in order to receive a refund or add more people to a party. The onlyPlease consider allowing texts! Theday before your reservation you will receive an email and/or text reminding you of the time and date of your reservation. Trays are made for the time that you have made your reservation for. PLEASE CALL if you are running late so we can hold off making your food! Reservations more than 30 minutes late will be marked as a no show and the food must be discarded for food safety and will not be refunded. Weather this time of year is erratic! Please keep in mind that the porch is not enclosed or heated, so tables can get chilly. If inclement weather is forecasted (rain, snow, or excessive wind), we will call you the day before your reservation to see if you would like to keep an outdoor seat (after all, the porch is covered!) or if you would like to move indoors. We cannot garauntee the same time slot, but will do our best to accomodate you. Masks are still required indoors. Masks are provided just inside the front door and are needed if you come indoors to use the restroom or peruse the shop.exception is for people who will be keeping the same number of people but need to change the time of their seating, which we request you do at least 24 hours in advance of the time of your original booking.
