What does it mean if you don't show up?
A 'No Show' means that you have NOT cancelled your table within 24hrs, or you have not emailed or called us to inform of any changes to your reservation. This then means that you will be charged a ‘No Show Fee’ to cover the costs accrued from your absenteeism that can be anything up to £50.
Our terms and conditions of booking a table, means that the reservation will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes after your scheduled arrival time. If for any reason you are running late, please make sure to contact us on 01803 445886 so we are aware of your delay and we will hold the table for you for another 20 minutes.
If you do not contact us and arrive any later, the table will be liable to be lost for your reservation and a ‘No Show’ charge will occur.


Cancellation Policy
A deposit will be required for a booking of 4 or more. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposit payment is accepted via credit, debit card and must be paid at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are liable for full payment of the deposit. All currency is in pound sterling. Where a deposit refund is approved refunds will be made to the card used to make the original payment. It could take up to 10 working days to receive the funds back into your account.
