Are you a baller? Shot caller? Act like the true VIP that you are and reserve the best seats in the house for your private group: The Stage, The Lookout, The Den, or The Front Row at Gather GVL. While these seats do offer the best people watching in the place, the biggest perk is that you skip the line out front to enter. Reserving a VIP area ensures front gate access at the time of your reservation. Satisfy your selfie loving hearts in front of the Gather sign or enjoy the views from upstairs. Each reservation is one hour. If you would like to make a longer reservation, you will need to complete another transaction for the next time slot if it is available. Frequently Asked Questions- How do I extend my reservation beyond 1 hour?
- If you would like to extend your reservation, you will need to complete another transaction for the next hour time slot if it is available. Reservations can be made up to 5 minutes before they are set to begin.
- Is outside food and beverage allowed at Gather GVL?
- Typically, no outside food and beverage is permitted within Gather GVL. However, we do allow folks with VIP reservations or a contracted private event to bring in an outside celebratory dessert such as a cake or cupcakes.
- Are pets allowed in the VIP areas?
- Pets are allowed in the Stage VIP area Tues - Fri, but please keep them off of the furniture. The upstairs at Gather GVL is always pet free, so unfortunately they are not allowed in the Lookout and Den areas.
- If I don't show up on time will my reservation be cancelled?
- We allow a 15 minute grace period before cancelling "no shows". If you know you are going to be arriving late for your VIP reservation, please call or text us at 864-501-5008 to let us know.

First, Mack was responsive and helpful when it came to making reservations. I appreciate that so much because I had never been there and didn't know what tge best options were. With his recommendation, I reserved the stage area for a going away party for two of my coworkers. Most of my coworkers and their plus ones were in attendance, probably 20 of us. We all had SO MUCH FUN! The floor manager (I'm guessing that was her position) was helpful and accommodating. The stage area was cutely decorated. We got a variety of snacks from all around to feed everyone. I was thankful for the mocktail option at the Mexican vendor. We requested some music selections so we could dance. I have heard from my coworkers since then and they've all told me they had the best time they've had in a long time. We'll definitely come back. You've gained lots of new customers!

We reserved The Lookout which is an amazing spot! However, one hour is not long enough to enjoy the spot! I know that we could have reserved two consecutive hours but it would be nice to have that option in the first transaction or 1.5 hours would also be a nice option!

Having reserved seating was great! We reserved a group of 8 and they are only 7 seats in the area. We pulled another seat over, but maybe state that in the description. Overall it would be nice to have more non-alcoholic drink options than just water or sodas at the vendors. We had young guests with us and hope to find a lemonade or fun juice drink, but all we could find was sodas.

We have reserved spots many times at Gather, and it is a great experience! The one note that we consistently think is we wish the blocks were in 90 minute blocks instead of 60 - - to allow time for food order, arrival from the different vendors and then eating/visiting. And possibly, an easier way to secure more than one block of time under the same order - this may be possible, and I may have just missed it. One hour for $20, additional hour for $10 more - I think that would be perfect! Just thoughts! :) Thanks for all you guys do - it is one of our favorite places.

Everyone enjoyed the experience! We were disappointed that two of the vendors we suggested to our first-timers were closed, but the pop up hot dogs were delicious. I have only reserved the stage VIP section. It was awesome! I love it! I try to reserve it every time I go. We have done it several times and it makes it so much easier especially with a larger group..The only thing I would say would be nice is to have ceiling fans on the stage VIP area. It get's hot from the lights for the Gather GVL sign. Other than that its great! Staff is very nice and they always make sure the area and table is clean.

The only thing I had an issue with is the reservation process. I wanted to book two hours which is not easy to do with your current system. I would like to see if two hours is available before I book not after I book the first hour. I booked one area for an hour then found out I couldn't book the second hour. I booked a different area for the 2nd hour. Then I went back in an booked the 2nd area for the first hour. I planned to cancel the first area I could only book for one hour, but I saw your no refund policy, so we had two areas reserved for 6 - 7, but we only used one. I wasted $20 booking an area I would not have booked if I had known the 2nd hour wasn't available.

Reserved “lookout” and when we got there they said no pets even though the only thing on their website was no pets Sat and Sun. So...they offered “ the stage” and sat us there which ended up being a nice gesture but still disappointing non the less. The food was sub par...ordered hamburgers and lobster rolls. Hamburgers were ok and lobster pretty good. Chips and seafood dip were awful. Not sure if we will go back. Nice for a drink maybe.

This is a great place and we really enjoyed our time!! The only critique I have is that the previous vip guests were not asked to leave when we arrived for our reservation. We were asked to stand nearby and wait for staff to seat us and clean up. This did not happen. At 15 minutes past our reservation time the previous guests asked us if we were the next reservation and left. I had to call the reservation line to get the table cleaned. I saw staff all over but they seemed to avoid guests moving to another area when approached. They should have someone for the vip areas to clear previous guests, seat, set up and clean tables. It shouldn’t be the responsibility of the next guest to ask the previous guests to leave.

We enjoyed it. Ceiling fan on the stage would help but I saw it would be hard to do with the projector.

Love the seating area (Lookout) and service we were provided. Only concern is the fee to reserve the space. Could provide a vendor voucher for the equivalent amount, subsequent rental periods for a reduced rate, etc.

We love coming to GATHER GVL for lunch during the week! We showed off our amazing city to an out of town friend. The only suggestion I have is maybe put up some kind of chalkboard sign or something easy that can show when the stage is reserved. It was a little awkward when we got there at our appointed time and someone was using it for their lunch. I looked around for an employee and didn’t know who to ask about it. It didn’t turn into any kind of “situation”, but easily could have been avoided with some sort of signage. Thanks again for a beautiful lunch spot. LOVED the fall decor!

We were in the VIP stage and I would recommend somehow making sure the music could be heard over there playing from the speakers bc it was low in that area. Fans were an excellent idea in there. It was dog friendly which is great! Prost was awesome and very authentic

The stage is a cool spot, however it would be helpful if the styrofoam from the vendors was either a little larger or an actual plate; it’s difficult to eat dinner from a small box while sitting on couch. Otherwise cool place

We didn’t really have service other than when we ordered food. The hostess at the front was very nice when showing us to the table, as well as reminding us about our time ending. We were hoping the heaters would be a little more effective. It was still pretty chilly with the wind. Maybe having plastic go around the railings to try and cut some of the wind down at the seated level would be an option? We loved Mike’s cheese steaks, and the brussel sprouts salad at 05, as well as the great beer selections. We always enjoy the different options when we visit Gather

I really think having some sort of waitstaff service for the VIP seating areas would bring in a lot more people. It’s nice to have your own designated seating, but all the running up and down those stairs with hands full of food and drinks gets pretty tricky at times.

This service is priced well and the space is comfortable. I would do this again. I rated service low because our table was covered with trash from the group before... not what was expected for a service called “VIP”. Particularly because the place was nearly empty that day, and my booking notes stated that it was a birthday celebration... I was expecting better.

The Lounge setup was great, and we liked the location above the general seating. Removing the two closest tables adjacent to The Lounge would have made us much more comfortable with the distance between our group and other customers as safety was our reason for reserving a space.

Reserved The Lookout for 3 hours. Unable to find photos to adequately show the space and room area. Enjoyed the lounge area but needed to branch out some of the high-top tables as other people we sitting in very close proximity to our area. Lounge chairs are nice but large for the area. We love gather. Look forward to coming back again soon.

Made reservations for upstairs but due to a conflict, had to go to a table downstairs. I checked upstairs to see what we were missing. Very few people there so not sure why we could not book there. However, I found upstairs to be dark and closed in….glad we were downstairs under a covered area. Much better venue. If we return, will stay on lower level. Food was ok…

We really love this place and we really love how it has unfolded. A few suggestions I hope the manager or owner would take in consideration. VIP seating needs to be cleaned after each use, including sweeping the area and spraying down the sofas. Also the lookout is amazing, with one problem there is bar seats that are in the VIP section this makes it extremely awkward for those that sit there because they were literally in our group so maybe closing those 3 seats or moving those three bar seats when it is rented out may do the trick. Other than those small issues we loved every second of it, the issues weren’t even horrible just minor improvements may be needed.

I didn’t realize when ordering that it was only 1 hr intervals. I wish there’d be a spot to add additional hrs instead of having people come up and ask us to leave mid bite. I think the only way to have had the space longer I would have had to go back in and purchase the next hour, making 2 separate transactions.

Gather is a fun place to take the family and friends to hang out. We went on a Sunday, and no one was at the front desk monitoring how many people were inside and no one to clean up the stage for us.
