Frequently Asked Questions- How long in advance shall I make reservation?
- You may make reservation at least 30 mins and up to 3 days in advance.
- Can I call or whatsapp to make reservation?
- You may. However, you may not guarantee a table as we manage and monitor the flow and booking through a system.
- Can I walk in and sit?
- Due to the current situation (covid-19 Pandemic), we only accept reservation for ease of control. Hence, we do no seat any customers who walk-in.
- Do I need to be fully vaccinated?
- Yes. Only fully vaccinated individual will be allowed for dine-in. (Fully vaccinate means 2-doses plus 14-days). The profile status shall also be up to date.
- Can we dine inside the cafe?
- We are currently open only 2 tables inside the cafe. And only 2 people per table will be seated. And maximum 4 diners is allowed at each time.
- Why can't we sit 3 people or more if we are from the same household?
- According to SOP, number of people per table will be determined by the size of table as social distancing is still need to be maintained even from the same household. In this case, most of our table size may not be able to fit more than 2 people.
- Any other SOP that the diners need to follow?
- Yes. All KKM SOP has to be followed at all time. This also include that the mask has to be on until food was served, and to maintain social distancing include those from the same household and seated at the same table.
