Had dinner for 2 nights here - 6-course then ala carte. Enjoyed the beef tartar brioche, foie gras and mago waffle, ocean trout tartare, secreto iberico rice, beef tenderloin and cheese ice cream. The arancini was bland for me and the grilled octopus though needed some acidity for taste. Also, there was a mosquito at our table so might need to install electric repellants. Overall, food was great and service was excellent!

Service is very attentive. You would never need to call the wait staff, they’re always there. Food was there with enough variety, you know it was a well thought out menu. Admittedly expensive. My suggestion is to offer complimentary items like palate cleansers or complimentary wine to up the value. Great job! We’ll be back!

The food was good in general especially the cheese ravioli and the foie Gras mousse with cream cheese. The lamb shank was delicious but we felt that it was only good for 1 person, not for sharing, as stated on the menu, making it too expensive for its size. The ambience was good, except for the kitchen lighting, which was too white. This can be softened because guests are supposed to watch the operations inside.

I guess our expectations were pretty high as I have been wanting to eat Chef Chele's food for quite some time now. For the amuse bouche, my wife and I loved the foie gras and mango waffle, the two others were okay, and we did not appreciate the bulalo tacos at all, they were mealy and had a bad texture. The ceviche served table side was okay but we did not expect to be asked our flavor preferences for it. We were expecting the chef's taste or palate to be followed. The octopus was good! Though a bit under seasoned, bite after bite became more delicious. The salmon was a miss, a bit underdone and under seasoned for us. The duck with porcini and truffle risotto was excellent! While the beef tenderloin was very much appreciated as well! The dessert was so so. For the wine pairing, the servings were very stingy. We would like to experience other tastings for Chef Chele and his other food offerings. The slice of cake given to us for our anniversary was delicious by the way! We had it as a snack in our room. Thank you.
