We had the special Wednesday night (1/10) which was steamed rice, pickled veggie salad, lightly seared ahi, and more and it was the best meal I've had there. It's an entree, not a roll, and it's a full plate, trust me! Can't go wrong and I'd highly recommend the chef keeps it on the menu. It's a top seller!

I’ve been wanting to try this place out for a long time. The positive reviews are all true. Our waiter was amazing and we not once had to ask for refills. Rarely does a dining experience have both excellent food and service all in one experience but Aoi came through like a champ. Maybe it was my personal taste but I couldn't find one dish on the menu that didn't fit into what I would expect a competent sushi house to serve. That being said, the menu wasn't mainstream but a combination of creative, substantial, and fresh. Since it's a short review I'll leave it at that and add one more note, our water Eric(k)? was the bee knees, we made a reservation for next week and requested him.

I was entertaining to Los Angeles-based movie producers on their final night in Bentonville after wrapping on their new feature films. We all loved the specialty rolls we had. Do you need combination of flavors or some thing even the Angelinos had not experienced. Waitress was excellent and view of the gardens the calming experience we needed after a busy couple of weeks on Location sets.

I loved the Japanese Old Fashioned. Finding a parking spot is a challenge. Afternoon sun was bothersome where we sat...suggest a window shade. Food is a bit pricey. Server said the Lamb Pots we’re phenomenal...I did not find them so...mine were tough at the bone. Scallops were very fresh. Sushi rolls were average. I look forward to different ones on my next visit.

The experience is as good with the waiter. The food was amazing. We both ran out of water pretty early on in our meal and both needed some water throughout our meal. We were seated immediately upon entering the restaurant. The hostess was very friendly. Our server was friendly and our order was correct and served within a reasonable amount of time. The food tasted very good and was a good value. The only negative of our dining experience was the table full of people who sat behind us. They were very loud and the acoustics of the restaurant seemed to amplify the level of noise they generated.

It worked out as the two of us sat at counter and stilll enjoyed ourselves. I checked my reservation confirmation email and it clearly said day and time we went. The freshest sushi on either Coast, in the middle of the country! Fish is flown in twice a week and is the cleanest, most flavorful. The service is knowledge and friendly, and the food is as aesthetically pleasing as it is tasty in the tummy.

The hours first kept throwing us off. We tried 3 times to come. Yelp, Facebook and website show differing hours. Once finally there, I pulled up Yelp and it said closed. So you all definitely need to get that fixed. The seating was tight, not private or cozy for a date night. We moved to the sushi bar. The server was busy but managed fine. The sushi was incredible and makes it worth the many attempted trips there. The appetizer shrimp was awesome. The mojito was very good but once you tack on the liquor tax it was around $17?! We will be back, but drinking water

Best sushi in the region. Great atmosphere. A little slow on getting the drinks out and a bit expensive but can't complain too much being that it's a landlocked state and it's not easy getting quality, fresh fish as you get with Aoi.

The food and service were fantastic. The yellow tail carpaccio a highly recommend. It was too loud and impacted our dinner out experience. I could hear the couple next to me better than my sister across a small 2 person table. I will either dine at a different time/day or enjoy fabulous food as carry out. Do go!
