My partner and I visited Gentilini. We are not knowledgeable about wine but we really enjoyed the environment and experience. The staff were professional, efficient, friendly, and polite. We loved the bread and cheese platter with their own olive oil. It was very relaxing and chilled out.

My partner and I visited the winery on Thursday 3rd August. I booked online which was easy and there was lots of availability. The winery is stunning with beautiful scenery. We opted for the 5 wines which were extremely tasty. The girl serving us was lovely and very informative of the different wines which was so interesting. We got a few snacks to go with the wine such as hummus with lovely little pita breads. We had an amazing day and would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants a lovely day out.

We had the best time at Gentilini's (Kefalonia) for a tour followed by a wine tasting of all their best wines. During the tour they take the time to explain everything in detail about their vineyard, the process of producing their different wines and their distribution. With the wine tasting itself, we have chosen to taste the 7 best wines from Gentilini together with the food pairing. There too we were surprised by the fantastic explanation per wine and also the flavors of course. And all that in their fantastic sunset setting. Highly recommended for enthusiasts!

We spent an afternoon tasting 7 different wines sitting under an almond tree, followed by a really nice tour of the winery where they even let us taste the grapes off the vines. Our host was exceptionally friendly. Both the food included and the platter we ordered were absolutely delicious. We ended up having a another bottle of rose there.

Amazing experience for any wine lovers and nolovers. Tasted so many different wines and learn form the very professional and experienced hostess, everything you need to know about each wine individually. The tour around the vineyard will take you through the whole process of growth and harvest of the grapes then you will be shown every single step of the wine production until it gets bottled and sold. This was an amazing experience, beautiful wines, they informed us all about the wine and the correct way to taste it. The food was out of this world and perfectly worked with the wines. Ended up buying two bottles on the way out. Staff were exceptional, stayed after the closing hours for us to finish our tasting. We had a wonderful time at Gentilini! It was great to go into the vineyards (with a glass of wine in hand) and see the grapes growing, and the tour itself
was well organised and super informative. We followed the tour with the limited edition tasting of 7 wines which were all delishious. The super limited edition Robola R was a real highlight and we also walked away with a bottle of Vostalidi. There were a couple of extra tasters thrown in, as well as some local bread, cheese and tomatoes to accompany the wine. Couldn’t recommend the experience more and our hosts Fellina and Sofia (sorry if we spelt these wrong) we’re so great.

I would have liked to have been able to choose the 5 wines we paid to try - as I don't normally drink red wine. So it would have been nice to try more of the white wines. Hi , I thought the wines were very good for what can be achieved on an island climate - having come from South Australia with Barossa Valley, Coonawarra, McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills as nearby wine regions the wine is certainly not near that standard but it is on an island and from being on an island the wine is very good. In my opinion the taste of Kefalonia tasting plate is significantly over priced.

Great environment and friendly staff. The snack was amazing but we were only given a menu towards the end of our tasting so didn’t have the time to order more. The wine was good as well but the portions were very small compared to other tastings we’ve done. I would recommend overall

Amazing experience! Strongly recommended.
The winery is located in a cozy place not far away from Argostoli, next to the vineyards.
Apart from the wine tasting, I would suggest to take the tour! You will find out how the grape from the vineyard come to the glass!
We took the premium wine tasting and we were thrilled from the quality of these wines!

We loved the introduction to your different wines by making a choice of the 3, 5 or 7 wine tastings. The additionel snack was also very good.
Also we appriciated that we could finnish our glass of wine in our own time.
Improvement: the picknick table should be removed and instead a lounge set would be much more conveniant and shows some class. Just like your wines.

Very good hostesses, unfortunately it was very quit(17.45)so that felt a bit uncomfortable. Nice food platter with local products. Divine balsamico vinegar! Disappointed to find out that the wine we bought was cheaper in the local supermarket...

We had booked a 3 wine tasting and tour but they didn't check our name off or seem to know what we had booked. Nice setting but we felt they were under-staffed and couldn't cope. We were not offered a tour and although the advert said you could linger with light snacks, there was nothing on offer. The wines were nice but quite expensive and no discount offered. Great view of the runway from the vineyard!

Heerlijke wijnen met goede hapjes erbij.
Er werd alleen niet goed bijgehouden hoeveel glazen wijn er gedronken werden. Zou anders voor 3 glazen betaald hebben die we niet hebben gehad. Ook de info aan tafel vond ik minimaal.

We had a nice experience and would recommend others to go. The staff was nice. However, the presentation of the wines we found to be very impersonal. It went fast and kind of automatic when your staff told us about the wines.
