Always love my lunches at Punch - my only gripe is i hope they open for dinner! Love their food, service and ambience so much. I was helped by the young lady in specs - thank you so much for making my lunch enjoyable. Food was clean and well done, i have had toast at other places that were oily and had the grill smell on it, and spinach that is oily and too salty. Here, the eggs, bread and spinach is perfect and clean tasting. No overt oily smell. Thank you!

Appreciate the crew going out of their way to prepare an upsized tiramisu dessert to fulfil my request for a birthday surprise cake for my boyfriend! It was more than what I expected and the waiters and waitresses were so polite and pleasant! We loved the food ... will definitely come back again!

Tried something different on the menu - Tsukune Chicken Burger. I opted for fried egg instead of raw yolk, will be better if the yolk is soft.
Couldn’t taste the melted cheddar in the burger.
Mentioned in the menu that we can start ordering by 11.30am, server told me it will be fired up at 12noon, quite a wait during this trip

I do find the total cost of brunch for two persons adding up to over $70 quite steep. Possible to consider special brunch sets to lower the cost. I love the vibe of the restaurant too, very friendly and with strong NYC vibe.

The food, ambience is absolutely gorgeous. Sadly local staff who work as a waitress and waiters lack of social skills. I know they are young and pretty sure are students with no social skills experience to do this job. This kind of restaurant deserve better staff with great service. I would give 10/10 if service is better.

The coffee was fantastic-best latte I’ve had in Singapore. I love the visual aesthetic of the cafe. The open kitchen, spare lines and cozy atrium. My only advice would be to find solutions to improve the acoustics. It was difficult to carry a conversation with table mates in the room full of bouncing voices.

Initially they said cakes were not allowed as they have desserts on the menu, it’s a birthday celebration for goodness sake and they asked whether we were taking the cake to go? They didn’t seem adequate in handling this situation
The only dessert on the menu were tiramisu and brownie cookie which weren’t very birthday centric hence we ordered a cake for the celebration. I asked whether they had any options, we could order some dessert to go along but they came back with the option to charge corkage fee for the cake on a per pax basis.
I don’t understand why are restaurants charging such fees. It’s as if telling us that only dining is allowed and take your birthday celebration somewhere else.

Love orange mocha! Food is ok, it’s a nice hangout spot but while we are still eating half of our foods. They suddenly came to our table and said, they need our table and “you have 15mins”?! Why can’t they tell us earlier. Understand the protocol but upset being disturbed and wrong method of delivering the message.

This is our place to go for meetings despite the loud music on the background. This week I was there trying to take an online class and meeting with a NZ Trade Commissioner, the staff obviously don’t know who’s doing what or meeting who, but kicking me from my table because “time is up” out to the outside tables wasn’t the greatest experience and felt very disappointed after so many years of visiting.
