Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. Only comments is that we waited at the main entrance around 10mins. Maybe there is short of manpower I am not sure. Especilly on weekends if someone around at the main entrance to take our reservation will be apperciate. Other then that all perfect. Staffs are very friendly & polite.

Parking for visitors is quite a fair bit of hassle especially when it rains as per my patronage and walkway to visitor parking is dim.

Regale has always serves great food and staff are affable. However, for this reservation, I have to request for the sides for the Executive Lunch Menu, and for the coffee. I would appreciate very much if Regale could return my SMS text. I had been trying to call them since the date of my reservation but was unable to reach them until on the morning of the lunch itself. If not for the fan that I had requested, we could have been roasted for dining there during lunch hour. Need to improve on the ventilation. But, we all love the food there. Thank you.
