100% fraud that happened tonight. Made a reservation 3weeks ago. Unfortunately was not informed about were we would be seated. After checking in and passing by the wonderful view and ambiance that we thought we were going to be dining in the host brought us to the basement, and proceeded to sit us in a box of a room with no windows and 1990s decor. I thought we were dining at 21 OCEANFRONT!!! After discussing with my wife, we decided to go dine elsewhere. We asked for the bill and we're going to be on our way. The manager than decided to charge us for the entire prefix meal as if we dinned there. Wtf!!!! He refused to adjust and said it's our valentines policy. What policy I made this reservation by phone and did not agree to any of this. He refused to budge. Nice work 21. What a joke. Unfortunately you will now get blasted on social media and my charge will be easily disputed. Good call 21.
