Waitress was extremely slow. When you only can reserve for an hour and a half but due to the waitress only coming by to collect tickets every 45 minutes you only get to drink 2 beers. We had to call her over each time even though she stated to just leave the tickets visible on the table.

Loved our first trip to Red Bear! Beer and food were delicious! Service was excellent and staff was super friendly. Only complaint is the $14 sandwich did not come with a handful of fries or chips.

Service and server was great!!! I would suggest that you put the information about the Arryved app on you reservation website. It took over 20 min for the app to generate a confirmation number to put payment information in the app. The Server was almost forced not to take our order. Consumers when making reservations should be instructed to download app at the same time.

This was our first time back at Red Bear since the COVID lock-down, and it was great. All the tables were spaced far apart to be safe, and the staff were all wearing masks.
We were able to get in for our reservation right on time, and enjoyed some great beers on the patio. Glad to be back at one of our favorite local breweries!

Excellent beer, excellent service, excellent food. The purple hurricane cocktail was a stand-out. Don’t miss it. My favorite beer is probably the dry hopped red ale but they were all nice.
The staff was visibly following all proper sanitation protocols. Everything was clean. Table time limits were enforced so that later parties wouldn’t be impacted by lingering parties.
Red Bear has it together. You should go check them out.

The ordering system is confusing because it is not completely contactless..... you have to use a pen and paper to place the order AND place it in the app? Chicken wings and brussels sprouts did not taste good. Brussels sprouts were too chewy and undercooked. The teriyaki glaze on chicken was NOT teriyaki sauce and chicken tasted very off. Service was also slow, the staff seemed to be trying their best but we had very long waits at the table. I don't think i would come back again. Bar should also offer beer flights again.

Really fun place to visit. The Beer menu is so rare. So many wisely chosen beers and just SO DIFFERENT BEERS. Food is good too! Great waffle fries. Staff is very friendly and service was exceptional!

Prices have always been high, but I’m happy to support this business. I appreciate the touchless payment but ordering was via pen/paper and pens were not being wiped down when turning over the tables. At least from what I saw. They did provide sanitizer in each table tho.

We felt very safe and socially distant from other patrons on the patio. We appreciate the availability of the handwash station and hand saniter and wipes on the table. Our server was great in making sure folks wore their masks when going into Red Bear as well as when leaving. Already made a reservation for next week. Thank you for being open and safe.

This was our first time going to a restaurant after the phase 1 reopening and Red Bear has done everything possible to make your dining experience feel as safe as possible. Tables are actually 6 feet apart - which most restaurants aren't doing, somehow? - hand sanitizer at the tables, ordering through an app to make interactions with the server as minimal as possible. Making a reservation was easy too - we'll definitely come back!

Red Bear is one of my favorite places in DC! So happy that they have reopened the patio. They did a superb job with the social distancing setup, table top sanitizer, masks, and gloves. And they are so sweet and happy to everyone!
