La Spezia is a must on my dining out list when I'm on Kauai. My 3 family members were so happy I introduced them to your restaurant! The wait-staff works in harmony. It's a bit like watching corriographed ballet! Mahalo. We'll be back for more of Mamma's special recipes.
Spezia is easily in the top three restaurants on the island, and with better value. Everything was excelllent. Fish special, fresh made pasta, even the fried zucchini was the best we’ve had. Can’t wait to go back!
Our waiter was great! I feel terrible that I can’t remember his name but he’s from Colorado. He recommended a delicious wine, Susumaniello, and he nailed it. Our food was all delicious, especially the focaccia bread. A lovely experience all around

Felt rushed, could have been done and out the door in 40 min. Got limited attention from server, almost didn't get 2nd glass wine, for example. But food was outstanding, would definitely go back...
We love La Spezia. The food is always great, the servers get to know you, and their cocktails are delicious!
