Amazing tea time for the price. I love NM Tea Co so I was impressed with all the teas. The desserts were a little underwhelming (Grinch menu).

The tea selections and food we're delicious. The front of house hosting and conversation were top notch.
Thanks for an excellent time.

First, the storefront was difficult to find both while driving and in walking by unless there is a sandwich board outside the door which there wasn't when we were trying to find the tearoom.
Sadly, the food was not very exciting or tasty. The garlic roll was excellent, but the antlers were just bread and not very tasty. The sweets were a letdown, too, and not very interesting looking. The frozen banana split was tasty but far too frozen to enjoy until it thawed a bit. Nothing was all that Christmas-y and quite a letdown. Certainly not worth MORE than the price we paid. Also, holiday decorating was minimal at best.
I want to continue to patronize start-ups and local merchants, but can't see myself taking guests to the tearoom again unless several changes are made. I wish you well in your endeavor and would welcome speaking to the proprietor at anytime you think I might be able to help if you decide to make changes. If you do, I would very much enjoy taking my guests anytime of the year for a nice afternoon tea that I would be proud to show them. Maggie Garner, 505-384-6293
