For first time visitors to Ramen Takara Ponsonby, we are very grateful for accomodating for a big group, everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, every food received were very delicious (#best Ramen noodles) with reasonable prices (worth it) and staff service was great.
Many people in the group commented they will definitely be visiting again.

The booking system is great, we were seated straight away.
In the past we could not book so had to wait outside for 15 mins, sometimes in the cold.
Very friendly and professional service.

Really good overall. The only challenging thing was that the courtyard (where we were seated) was a bit cold. This was addressed when the team provided blankets, which were great. However, it would have been ideal for the courtyard to be warm from the beginning.

The out door courtyard is cold , even with a blanket. Ok for summer but not winter unless you can get a table directly beneath the heaters. Food was lovely and service good.
