Nothing needs improving at all, food and service excellent. Portions plentiful and atmosphere ambient. We even had the football on whilst sat eating which me and Fluffy love. Keep up the fabulous work ❤️

I love it - the quality has been consistent if not better since the new owners took over. The pizza is good. The pasta dough on the mezzalune reminds me of italy, and I can't find pasta like this apart from at Gustami where it's homemade. Love it. Please don't stop doing the strawberry spritz as well!

Am so glad a friend told us about this hidden gem! No fuss or pretence just a genuine warm welcome from the lovely staff and great service and wonderful food! My sister-in -law, who dines out regularly, said it was the best restaurant meal she had eaten in years. Thanks to all at Gustami for a lovely evening; we'll be back soon!

Every now and then you come across a true hidden gem. We're not from Birmingham but were there for an event at the Utilita Arena. We originally tried to book Zizzi, Pizza Express etc. but they were all full on short notice, so I found Ristorante Caffe Gustami on Google Maps and was able to book a table online. The owner, Raffaele, even sent me a personal text message to confirm our booking which was a nice touch. The food was superb - we had the sharing pizza dough starter plus a couple of specials to start, then pizza and pasta for our main course, and coffee and ice cream for desserts. We also had beer and wine, so for the bill to come out at under £100 for the four of us was incredible value. The staff are super friendly and there's a nice atmosphere with some Italian music on and plenty of people came in without it ever getting too packed out. If you're going to the Utilita Arena for an event, this is only about a 10 minute walk away and is a great spot for some pre-gig food and drink!

Great value for money food. The staff are friendly and obliging when asked for something different to the menu. Pleasant atmosphere. Just one thing if sitting near the entrance door the door chime can be a little annoying. But not a real problem.
