The place it’s self is lovely themed with cowboy stuff and music. However it was quiet crowded second time of going, very busy they added more tables felt like people were nearly sitting on top of each other very close contact. When cutlery was brought to the table one set of knife and fork wasn’t clean had to bring it back isn’t very good when Covid is on the raise. There was no ketchup or any other sauces when the cutlery was brought out. I would suggest adding hand wipes after eating chicken wings or the ribs to clean hands after. I would also suggest, hot sauces be added for a choose of sauce for steak or to add on ribs. Ordered the Route 66 second time round to share, much smaller than before. It was explained that when it’s busy the size is smaller than normal when it’s quiet the size is bigger, if this is the case should be told when sat down.
Do like the place just wasn’t that impressed this time round. I’m sure next time would be better still enjoy it.

We liked the table service which was prompt and our server Hannah looked after us well, drinks were ordered quickly and the food arrived quickly , she checked on us several times to make sure everything was ok - which we liked .Good sized portions too.I ordered the wrong meal ( pork ribs) but I thought they were beef - my mistake and I was offered a meal change which was good .The only things we didn’t like was that It was very cold I ended up putting my coat on as there didn’t appear to be any heating, and the entertainment - the singer was good but it needed another band or some thing to liven up the atmosphere - would we go again / yes but when a more lively tribute band we’re playing.

Couldn't make it due to illness, tried to rebook for following week as not to lose deposit but was told too late (2hrs before 7pm booking) would have trouble selling tickets, but there was still tickets available when I later checked. shame really as it's a great place.

Needs tweaking, tooth picks and better lighting in the wagons would be good. Had to use my phone light to read the menu. Portion sizes not the best ordered a share platter. Only 1 corn dog only 1 portion of chips. Pork on the rib burger was extremely chewy. A jug of water and more napkins would have also been good. It’s a very mucky meal to eat. Staff were friendly though. Very expensive for what we had unfortunately probably won’t visit again.

Food lovely. Especially Terry's cheesecake oh my word!!
Staff so friendly and attentive.
My only feedback is that the plates are too artisan for the design of the place. Also found it awkward to move my food round the wave shaped plate.
To fit in with the ambiance I think skillets or boards or melanin plates would compliment the dining experience more.
Proper wooden steak knives too. Ribeye with silver cutlery knife seemed strange although perfectly functional.
Minor feedback just to compliment a great place!

Food and service was excellent. The event lacked a bit of atmosphere in my opinion because of a lot of empty space so as we were sat at the back felt
Like we missed the atmosphere. Plus when the bull came out
At the end they switched the lights on and turned the music off so again people started leaving. So by 9.45 the evening was over and didn’t feel like we could stay as no music and lights on.

We had to wait 2 1/2 hrs from arrival for our food. It was terrible it was a birthday party for our 13 Yr old and we had 2 toddlers. If it hadn't been a birthday we would have walked out. When we complained we were told "we're just feeding this big table first " people came in and were fed and left before we had our food and we even had to get the staff so we could order extra drinks. No we won't be back! £260 and not an ounce of service! Disgusting

We loved the atmosphere, singer had a great voice, the food was cooked lovely, table service was excellent. What could be made better is that with the the 2course set menu you could choose either the starter or the desert as it is you could only have a starter and main and have to pay for desert, also maybe burgers could be added, I appreciate steak ect is expensive but there was lack of beef on the menu, it was mainly chicken and pork. The only thing that stopped us staying all evening was the fact it was so hot, there was no air con and just a couple of fans which had very little effect unless you stood next to them. I am not sure if the Bull was in use as part of it was rolled away to make way for more tables but do not know if this was available to use later in the evening as we left around 9pm due to how hot it was, great photo opportunities dotted around tho which is great

We had a table booked but it was overbooked so we had to wait 30 minutes for a table, then once seated we waited 2 hours for food then we were informed by the waitress that there was no chicken left, i dont eat pork or beef so this was disappointing especially after waiting 2 hours. It was 10:30pm and the restaurant was empty, it was an awful experience

Excellent food. We really enjoyed in particular the Halloumi fries, brisket and pork belly. Friendly service and nice personal touch to have the manager have a chat at our table. Cocktails arrived quickly (brilliant!) lots of choice and very tasty. One suggestion for the bull is to try and make the experience last a minute before throwing the person off. £2 and to be thrown off in less than 10 secs (for adult) just didn’t feel much fun.

Ladies who lunch, came in for our late lunch, we had a great time. The staff were great, the ladies looked after us explaining the menu and cocktails for us :-)
We had a go on the bull, lots of fun, they were keeping it slow for us oldies but we still managed to fall off. Even had other diners helping us on the bull. So funny.
Cher was setting up for the evening, enjoyed the atmosphere. Will definitely book again, lots of friends have asked us about the venue. A hidden gem, thank you so much for a fun afternoon.

First visit. Felt in the way as people kept squeezing past either side of our table. Our son is autistic/adhd and the music was very loud (didn’t expect it too be so loud). The food was absolutely incredible and the little one was so happy with her gift.
The bar staff are so much fun, my last visit they were all dancing and singing and interacting with the customers, much like this visit they were having fun and getting it done.
This was my second visit and my partners maybe 4th? I'd chose a meal here over pretty much anywhere for the welcome, atmosphere, food, experience... This place has it all! Come visit!

We came to rodeos last week, it was absolutely roasting hot inside, our waitress found us a spare fan to plug in to cool us down and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. The food was great and came out in a timely manner, the atmosphere was nice in there too. Staff were friendly and bubbly despite running around a busy restaurant in that heat!

Food when it came was excellent, however having to wait over an hour for our starters and another hour and a half for our mains was very disappointing. When it came the food was very good. Not sure if this poor service was down to teething problems or poor management. Shame really as we will not be returning when this could easily have become a regular food stop for us.

We booked a family meal at Rodeos for a birthday and we a had the best time. It was more of an experience than a family meal - the rodeo bull was great fun tok. The staff were fantastic and so attentive. It was such a friendly atmosphere and the chef even stopped to chat with us on our way out. On that note, the food was incredible. 10/10 can't recommend highly enough. We can't wait to come back for an events night. Thank you all so much for making it an occasion to remember.

The location was ideal for what we needed, great layout. menu was vast, portion size on the brisket dishes was slightly disappointing and basic. Serving staff were great, very attentive and fun. Paying for the bill was awkward as it appeared that one dish was charged twice, as the person paid cash but the monies were also taken from another person paying by card, his meal should have been £32, but appeared to have been charged £52. overall experience was good, but could have been better.

Food was outstanding. Decor very nice but for the folding chairs. Don't like automatic service charge, and if not for this would have left a tip bigger than the charge. Waitress was dull and did not have a personality. Would like to have some western type banter.

The welcome was good but then it all went downhill, it took an hour and 15min for our food to arrive, to which no staff member came to apologise until the food was just about to arrive, we were then given the same excuse by 3 different members of staff. No one came to see if we wanted fresh drinks either l, we had to flag the waitress down, again this again took along time as no waiters where paying attention to the tables.
When the food did come, the chips were not only tiny portions but they were Luke warm and the pulled pork was over cooked, dry and hard.
When we complained about the food I had to refuse to pay full price as no compensation was offered, eventually after another 10 min delay the bill was served with a partial discount.
All of this took place on my daughters birthday as well, so all in all we were not impressed.

Need to drastically improve customer service. 30 minutes after arriving I had to go to the bar and order drinks as we'd been forgotten. Staff member came to apologise and sat down next to us to take our food order. Food was ok, but not worth the price, ribs were fatty and brisket was dry. No one came to ask if the meal was OK or offered us further drinks even when they removed empty glasses mid meal. It took 15 minutes to get someone's attention to order another drink. Once the second drinks finally arrived, a waiter came over shortly after to say the table was reserved and we'd need to leave shortly. We were sat in the Jail on the smaller table and they didn't even give us chance to leave the table before the next reservation started to enter the jail to be seated. Went to pay the bill and not even so much as a thank you or was everything OK from the lady who took payment. Found the whole experience appalling and will not be returning. If you are having to put a board up saying full refund for the best review each week, I can see why there are so many 5 star reviews. Try improving customer service and earn the reviews the right way.

Our first time visiting. My partner enjoyed his platter for one but I had the chicken breast & fries & wasn't very keen. Chicken was rubbery and for £17.95 wasn't impressed.

Don’t know if the chefs are allowed salt or not as everything was under seasoned, it was either spicy or way too sweet. Seeming that we counted 12 servers, the service was terrible they were too busy sitting around drinking on a table next to us, we saw them drink, laugh and joke and lounge around with this table. We felt isolated as we had to ask 3 times for our bill and the table wasn’t cleared when we were finished, the plates were only taken when the main came out. On the note of the servers, none of them were wearing masks, or at least properly, just 3 had the sunflower lanyard and there was no social distancing with tables at all. We noticed as well that there was a specials board of which we weren’t offered. Overall for all the hype around the restaurant, it was just an utter let down and our experience was terrible, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, and the only nice thing we actually had were the drinks and the starters.
