We came to celebrate my daughter sitting the Common Entrance. The food was good, service was excellent, credit must be given to our servers, Alisha and the young man (I've forgotten his name). They were both very attentive even though it was busy in the restaurant. Only two small things, the music was a bit too loud and the brownie was a bit too dense. Outside of that, our meal was perfect We'll be back!

Dining at Cosmo Club was an experience from start to end. My only was the swipe machine , I hope that you guys get the WiFi and connection with the machine sorted out so it works smoothly . The staff was so pleasant, we really enjoyed our lunch . We will most definitely be back again .

It was nice. The breakfast took a bit long as it was only 4 persons dining in the restaurant...but nothing really to complain about. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. French toast best I've had outside of Sandals lol.

I had love everything except the chocolate tea there was no whip cream or chocolate syrup basically the chocolate tea wasnt decorated it was a basic chocolate tea made at home but the waitress and her co workers had apologised about it which is good i appreciate it everyone was very nice and making sure everything was to prefection .We will come again thanks for the wonderful experience.

I love Metro restaurant & bar and I would recommend the place to everyone. The only problems I encountered is that I was not greeted on the outside desk, like i previously experienced and the wait time for the food was a big longer than expected. However, i would like to thank the staff for making that part of my day special.

Overall it was a great experience and will be back again. One suggestion is for the staff to pay close attention to customers’ allergies. I have an eggplant allergy and this was communicated to the hostess and the waiter when seated, however, my main still came with eggplant. Nonetheless, they both apologized and the meal was redone and tasted excellent.

1st waitress was wonderful a lady with locks she had excellent service from the start. The food wings were nice however I advised the second waitress 2 of the wings were pure drum bones as I showed her. She said the wings were already small and the chef added two more. I was dissatisfied with her response as I literally had two bones. Nevertheless I would still return again.

For a Birthday Breakfast reservation: Overall Esthetics: The atmosphere is inviting and warm. The bathrooms, restaurant and deck setting are well laid out, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The added modern touch of touchless (pun intended) tissue dispensers in the toilets, is a plus for your establishment. Rumour has it, from our group, that the bathrooms are gorgeous, clean and provide fabulous cover for those modern photographs, well-loved by the GenZees. Relating to the breakfast food: The portion sizes are relatively small based on the price. That being said, it is understandable and can be expected at this time where inputs and staff costs are quite high. Internal Restaurant: The inside backdrop is quite nice and modern and if possible should be situated where persons can make photograph memories without disturbing other diners/patrons. They can also share those memories for you to build your social media presence. The booking experience: It was a pleasant one and Tabbi, must be commended on her immaculate customer service. She gets 9.5/10 for being accommodating and her ability to listen, explain and be overall gracious. She's a Keeper! MENU: You may want to make it clearer that the menu is a Halal menu, so that there is no doubt in the mind of the customer. FOOD CONCERNS: The food is delicious, especially the mushrooms and the Beef Bacon is worth some more tries. Overall the flavours were tasty and married well with each other. The main concern in this area is the pancake, they are thick and look good to the eye, but on cutting and tasting, they are not fully cooked, this may be because of the thickness. The chef could look at reducing the height size to compensate for the transfer of heat in the cooking process, thereby ensuring that there is no raw mixture taste when consuming. The Multigrain bread is different but flavourfull. A suggestion, if possible, salted butter or an olive-oil mixture could be made avai

A devent experience overall, however it took a little long before our food order was taken. The food came in a reasonable time but not exactly all together. It was four of us and about 5 minutes after we finished eating (about an hour and 15 mins after we arrived) we were told there was a waiting list and asked to settle up. We were then swarmed by everyone removing items from the table including unfinished glasses of water. We felt rushed. We were most likely going to be gone within 90 mins which is the minimum time you should allocate to a table of 4 especially if the food order isn't taken in a timely manner. Food quality was high and very tasty.

I loved the overall vibe of the restaurant and the music ! The staff were friendly and attentive. The host was also very charming. We did have an problem with the portion sizes being too small and two of our food orders coming incorrectly. The drinks were great though and I would come again.
