We love the fact that this is an independent business and the background to how it was set up. The food and drinks are delicious. The venue is good, the only issue is it’s a little chilly in cold weather. We’ve already recommended this restaurant to other people.

Very delicious pizza, the dough is well prepared and you can taste it has got a proper slow fermentation.
Full of flavours and with a crispy skin while it is still warm. But not what you get when it cools down since it becomes chewy.
I would have appreciated also a more airy crumb in the crust, it looked like a bit spongy.
Seems like fermentation requires just some final tweaks but overall was a very positive experience.
If it could be useful as a constructive feedback, we collectively noticed the following improvements:
- the small oven is something to upgrade due to the time required to serve pizzas.
- there are almost no options for vegan pizzas in the menu that doesn't imply removing mozzarella or replacing it with vegan cheese
- special pizzas/beers requires proper listing in menus or on the wall to be aware of their details including price
- we asked for a special pizza without chicken but with added olives: the cost of olives was charged in the bill without considering having removed the chicken. For us should have been a replacement at no extra costs.
- we got told 5 minutes before that the place was closing. A longer notice would have been appreciated just to give everyone the time to finish some drinks.
I'm sure you will consider these feedbacks and we can't wait to come back again to have another try!
