Juvenate

I arrived at 10h15 and was unable to have fresh juice as no fresh fruit and veg has arrived yet. This was quite a disappointment. Gotta have your stuff in stock. I had the fritters which was not bad however could be presented much nicer or even stacked, and maybe have creamy mushrooms that feels very winter vibes replaced with something fresh. Brighten up the courgette by mixing it with corn. I was missing a nice crisp salsa, rocket and salmon (I know you're vegan though serve eggs so salmon optional). My daughter had the flap jacks, nice but a tad stodgy/thick. Beautiful presentation though. Waiter was lovely and service great.
