Tamboerswinkel is something idyllic Cape Town has. Incredible staff, lovely ambience & wine selection. This is definitely a hidden gem that doesn’t deserve to be hidden, yet the simplicity of this place is what makes it so special. We truly had a blissful experience at Tamboerswinkel & we’re planning on trying different TW evenings. What a cute little spot. Thank you for a lovely Monday with incredible HPF wine & beautiful pesto pasta. Mwah!

We booked for 6.30pm to have the special on the menu for the day and it was sold out... had to rethink meal. Ended up having the vegan option and my husband had pie and salad..
