We LOVE this restaurant! We will be going back often. Excellent service and food. Not your average bar food - we dine out frequently and would expect to find this level of quality and innovation in a higher end restaurant. Its got a casual, comfortable feel with elevated food. This is the first time I had the filet mignon. I ordered it medium rare on the rare side, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! I ordered it with the au poivre sauce. Also, for the first time, I had their mashed potatoes with an ingredient I’ve never used in my mashed potatoes. You’ll have to order it to see if you can identify it. The chef, the servers, the staff, nothing could be greater Great Coast Commons!

Best service I have *ever* had *anywhere*. Our server and the owner both checked in with us repeatedly throughout the evening, never intrusively, just letting us know they cared. Best burger I've had in years, and the whitefish was nearly as good. My mojito could have used more mint and simple syrup, but I'm still giving Great Coast full marks.

We always enjoy our dining experience at GCC. We love the monkey bread, the chicken and peppers and the fried chicken sandwich. Tonight we added another favorite, butternut squash soup. It was smooth, creamy and just delicious. Had we been home, we would have licked the bowl clean.

I have been to Gregg Coast, many times, and I go back because it is absolutely one of my favorite spots. The food is excellent, the Wade staff, fantastic, and I love the ambience. Rob and Mike are fantastic bartenders and conversationalists. They are all superb. if you have not been there, by all means, give it a try.

We loved our experience, from the food to the service to the ambiance. We have a tough family to feed, half vegetarian and half not, and the menu offered a range of options for everyone. Honestly, everything we had was great. The staff and owner were all personable and clearly loved being there. To top it off, they treated us to a piece of cake for my birthday! Love how friendly, attentive and welcoming your staff is, especially since we had little kids in our group. One small piece of feedback; ordered the mashed potatoes, which tasted like they had both thyme and rosemary in them. It was my second time at Great Coast and it was great. The food was delicious, our waiter was excellent and the restrooms are pristine! The only reason I didn’t give a 10 for ambiance is because it’s quite loud and the tables are very close together. I kind of felt like I was having a dinner with 4 people instead of just 2. When the table next to us left, we had to move all of our food and drinks to the side so they didn’t knock things over when getting off the bench seating to leave. Totally understand for maximum capacity but even removing just one table with bench seating would go a long way. All in all, a truly wonderful evening. Just want to give productive feedback.

I had charred Brussels sprouts and the vegetable bolognese, both of which were 10/10. One weird aspect was the bartender working was openly stressed as hell and berating staff in front of customers. We chose to sit at a booth as an opposed to the bar as this dude was intense in all the wrong ways. Otherwise this was a great experience and would definitely recommend 10/10
