The steak I had was medium well, but medium rare was ordered. The week before the steak was cooked perfect. The atmosphere is great, but it was a little loud for a business meet and greet. Will take that into consideration the next time I have customers in town.

We had a table for 16 on a Friday night with a terrific male waiter. Each couple/singles wanted a separate check and he handled with ease. Please commend him for this. The food was very good and came fast considering 16 separate orders Excellent service and good atmosphere. Will return soon.

We had a large group outing and made the reservation just 5 days prior. When they confirmed the morning of our outing I didn't think to request seating at regular tables (not high top). So we required a last minute change up once there and they accommodated us. The server got a bit confused but overall did a good job. We had 3 people waiting for their orders after everyone else was eating. They did get them eventually. Food was good but not outstanding and more expensive than sports bars (similar to other brew pubs).

The reservation process may need improved. I reserved online the day prior, Monday the 30th, originally for 11:30am, but I changed it to noon shortly after and received confirmation both times. This was a business luncheon and I wanted to ensure we didn't have to wait since this was done during our lunch time.
We all arrived at noon on Tuesday, but the hostess did not have our reservation. I let her know that I booked it the day prior and had confirmation, but she said they didn't get it because they were closed on that day, Monday (?). She worked as quickly as she could to accommodate the 8 of us, which I appreciate, but this did take some time to find tables to pull together, causing us to experience a wait we were trying to avoid.
There wasn't a way for me to know that our online reservation made on Monday wouldn't be seen by staff by our reservation time on Tuesday. Hopefully something could be reviewed to avoid it happening in the future.

We had a group of 14 but had made a reservation weeks in advance. Service started out slow (there seemed to be some confusion over who had our table) but improved throughout the night. Several servers stopped by to see if we needed anything but kept telling me they were not our actual server. We finally landed on our server and he hustled for us! The apps were totally fine; however, three of us stayed for dinner in the main dining room afterwards and one person in my party was sick all night, presumably food poisoning. She had the Crispy Goat Cheese Salad if that helps.

Our server was excellent! She was cheerful and very attentive even though we stayed for a long time.
The people at my table had a range of opinions about the quality of the food. The serving sizes for the prices also varied.
I must point out that the side salad I received with my sandwich was the tiniest thing I've ever seen for an extra $3.99! And it was swapped out for the chips, too!
It is a nice place, although very noisy even though it was half empty when we were there at lunchtime.

My reservation was not in your system - you didn't have record of it - when we arrived. I shared my reservation confirmation a few times to confirm the right date, time, location.
That said, we were taken care of and seated quickly. The waitress, not knowing 15 people were coming, did a great job taking care of us.
It is very loud - noise abatement may be a consideration so you can participate in conversations.

I enjoyed being with my friends, but my chicken tenders were anything but tender. The waitress was sympathetic to my disappointment in my entree. It was supposed to be a birthday celebration, but there was never any comment from anyone about "happy birthday". I would recommend a chef trying the tenderness of a Cane's chicken flavor for a recipe to emulate.
The waitress had a few large tables to attend to, so she had her hands full. When my friend mentioned that my order wasn't very good, the waitress took the remainder of my meal, and said she would talk to the manager about the complaint. She did, and there was no charge for my lunch. This was a very generous reaction, and I appreciate their thoughtfulness.
With this review, I hope they will make sure other customers will have a better taste of your chicken tenders in the future.

The initial service was good, but then when the person delivered the food, instead of setting it down before each person, he just handed it out, which both involved reach across people and also involved some plates that were really to hot.
