The Craftwood Inn reopened in the fall of 1988. The owners, Dave and Kathy Symonds, along with Chef Jeff Knight, welcome you to The Craftwood Inn where the tradition is pure Colorado. Our produce in Colorado's own, and our game, though indigenous, is dran from commercial stocks and does not deplete Colorado's prime natural resources.
