A very pleasant evening of excellent food and wine with personal interaction from the owners. The waitress was also very personable and enthusiastic to help in any way. We appreciated the variety of the menu and ability to choose to give a tip rather than an enforced service charge. We like the building too which is probably Georgian and looks out on the square with its christmas lights, very atmospheric.

This was our second visit which certainly lived up to the first - wonderful ambience, decor and exceptional service. The staff are very attentive and it is clear that both Ray and Flory are passionate about what they do. They engaged with all their guests and rare, in this day, to see an authentic family run business. The food was delicious, fresh, innovative and beautifully presented and served. Will be one of our favourite restaurants and we look forward to many more visits ahead.

Excellent reception and service as always.
The staff were attentive without being overbearing and pushy, very professional, nice to receive great service.
The menu was extensive and exclusive without being over whelming and full of the same as everywhere else.
With great choice and excellent menu ideas to opt for.

We were seated straight away, given an option on sitting inside or outside... it was beautiful weather so we chose to sit out. It was a lovely setting, the courtyard felt as though you could have been sitting in Italy.
We were served by 2 young ladies, both were so lovely, smiley kind and helpful! We ordered some lovely drinks, and 2 cornish breakfasts. They were devine! Cooked fresh, well seasoned, so tasty. All in all it cost us just over £30 for our brunch, and it was worth every penny. We will be revisiting for special occasions! Thankyou!

Absolutely the most delicious food we had during our Cornwall stay. Beautifully presented and freshly cooked to order. The young waitresses were very polite and attentive. It was nice to see the owner also serving and chatting with guests.
The only thing I would change is a dessert dish included had a name I was unfamiliar with, it wasn’t a problem as I looked it up and of course you can ask, but a little more description would have avoided this. A very minor point though.

We came here to celebrate 2 birthdays and had a fabulous time. The food was amazing and the service faultless. The 2 birthday girls were very spoilt with a special treat of ice cream and homemade happy birthday chocolate which was a lovely surprise and made them feel very special. The staff were wonderful and very attentive, we will definitely be going back again. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Our first visit to Flory`s and we will certainly be returning.

Warm and cosy and very festive. Nice to see the owners helping, they are very friendly. Food delicious and good value. They were very accommodating in regard to dietary needs. Will definitely be going back.

Had an excellent lunch with two friends on Tuesday. We shared some delicious tapas to start. The fritters were particularly good. I had a super hake dish . Fish cooked perfectly and a very good beurre blanc. Service was lovely. We had a look at the main dining room on the first floor which is lovely, and there are two very nice private dining rooms on the second floor. Delighted to find such a gem only twenty minutes from home
