Book a special event in the venue. Food was excellent, service was excellent and the extra care taken to make sure all guests had a wonderful experience was priceless. Have dined several times in restaurant, and this was the first time an event was scheduled at venue and was not disappointed.

Food and service were excellent. My only critique is that, when it became more crowded, it was pretty loud. I would recommend a designer to add some materials to buffer the noise.

Great atmosphere. We are outside and it was lovely. Food was outstanding. Waitress took time to understand how we wanted our steaks cooked and they were perfectly! Highly recommend!

I did not notice, but a couple of my guests out of a party of six said it was a bit noisy and hard to hear due to the background noise. The room is concrete and glass so maybe that was the cause. Overall, we had a nice time with prompt service and great food.

The food here is on another level from what you get around town. Everything was simply delicious. Best burger I've had since we moved. The salmon was excellent as well; the crispy onion straws add much-needed texture.
Kids meals were generous, so consider having younger children split meals.
We will make the grill at 84 west a regular stop. I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu!

First of all, I was not expecting to be served fresh, hot, tantalizing dinner rolls. They were soft, rich, buttery and delicious with a hint of flavor that I just couldn´t pinpoint. The rolls were served with 2 kinds of soft creamy, delicious butter unlike anything that I have ever tasted in my life. The drips of gooey honey sparkled from the reflection of natural sunlight that beamed in from the view of the lake and the sunset.
Next, came the tantalizing, fresh, delicious crab cakes. They were these perfectly formed balls that were crisp on the outside and succulent on the inside...garnished with dainty little sprouts and delicate little rose petals.
I ordered the bacon chicken parmesan sandwich. I expected a miniature gourmet treat. That is not what I was served.
The serving of chicken was so huge that by the time I finished eating what hung outside of the bun, I was so full that I could not eat another bite. The bacon was crispy and delicious. The flavor of the marinara sauce was so rich and exquisite that, for a moment, I thought I was in Italy, eating sauce from San Marzano Tomatoes grown on Mt. Vesuvius. The delicate crunch breading of the thick and hearty chicken, just melted in my mouth. I savored every moment. There was so much food that I had to bring home leftovers.
Upon arriving home, the French fries were instantly devoured by the children who raved about the seasoning and amazing flavors. I had to hide the rest of my sandwich in the vegetable drawer under brussels sprouts so that nobody would touch it. Needless to say, the Chicken Parmesan sandwich was just as delicious the next morning.
Overall, my experience at 84 West was absolutely fantastic. Just thinking about it makes me hungry for some more of those hot buttery dinner rolls with the ooey gooey honey.

My husband suggests putting the BBQ on the side of the burger.
I would also warm the bread, if it was, maybe longer.
My chef's chicken salad was amazing.
I would also close the blinds around 6 to create more of a country club feel to the room. It still feels like the 19th hole, and I would help create a warm feeling around the room.
We can not wait to visit again and sit out by the firepits.

We love this new restaurant, the food is fantastic, and the chef is amazing along with the entire staff. We went 2 times last week, first was during the week and service was great, then we went again on Friday. The service from the server was fantastic, the only complaint we had was the male bartender needs a lot more experience and a much faster speed (at the grill side). By the time I received my frozen cocktails, they were almost just liquid. They are very new and I am sure they will improve. I can't wait to go back.

We have dined at 84 West at least 15 times since opening. It is our favorite place to eat. The only thought we had a couple of weeks ago was the lighting was too bright for the evening meal. However, the last two times we've been there the lighting was pulled down and it was perfect. Another small suggestion would be to turn the TV's off for the evening meal. Overall, excellent experience with outstanding food.

Gave them a second shot after not a good experience on New Years. Food was much better this time but time wise they are slow being there was only 3 table occupied while we were there. Took about 2 hours for our meal from the time we arrived to finished.

Food was great however the service was lacking. Restaurant was nit that full yet the waiter could not keep up and would leave to get information and say I will be right back and that turned into 5 minutes or more. One of our guests ordered the prime rib after a discussion with waiter who recommended it and must have punched in ribeye into his tablet as that was what he received and waiter never offered to return to kitchen or make it right. This can be a nice venue but service and attention to details must improve. Should never have to ask for water refill.
