Great food, great service, and great atmosphere!

The service was good and fast. All employees were very friendly and nice. Will be back for sure.

We made reservations for 8 but Cantina Laredo won’t seat us until we were all there. ( 5-10 minutes later) They would have made money on drinks etc if they had seated us. Therefore, our reservations were not honored. No where does it say, “all have to be present.” It was disappointing since we had an out of town guest too.

We celebrated my grandmother’s 89th birthday. Kevin was our server. He did a great job! The service and food was excellent!!

Our server was great but it too quite a while to get our drinks (alcoholic drinks) otherwise grest!

We have been to the Cantina Laredo in downtown Fort Worth and the one in Tyler just isn't the same. The Cantina Laredo downtown Fort Worth menu had more variety. We use to be able to order Chilean Sea Bass and Chicken Mole but neither is available. The restaurant doesn't have a warm feeling and was loud. Our table was available as reserved but the staff was slow and unforunately not impressed.

We had a great time, it was perfect for our office Christmas party. The room was set up nicely, our server and bartender were great and the food was delicious. Wouldn't change a thing!

We went to Cantina Laredo to celebrate my fiance's birthday. Our bartender and the evening manager made a good night a great night. We appreciate them very much. They are difference makers. Thank you.

As always, we had a great meal. Waitress was courteous and prompt with our food.

This is a perfect venue to host our small church gatherings. We were placed in a small quiet room, just like we asked!

Bar tender was EXTREMELY RUDE snarled her nose when we asked to order shots the manager took the order instead thankfully she needs a new job that's not customer facing. The waitress so super sweet but non attentive due to having a work load of tables all seated at the same time. Refills were prolonged, ordering was prolonged it was just a very long night due to mostly waiting.

Lucy our server was fantastic. She made every effort to make our birthday party perfect. Food was great! Ambience wonderful.

I paid a room fee to reserve a room for my group of 20 people. I asked if the room fee applied to the food purchase. I was told no and that the fee was for set up and support staff. I was also asked to have a limited menu to offer the group to make things go quicker. My reservation was for 7:30pm at night. The restaurant was not at all busy. We were given only one server to work our entire group. She was nice, but she needed help. We were there over two hours. We had 4 smaller kids with us. This entire process took longe than it should have for having a limited menu and paying a $75 plus tax room fee for set up and support staff. There was no support staff. This gal did it all by herself. We had appetizers and appetizer plates. Some people had drinks from the bar as other drinks. She would bring new glasses with drinks out and then not take the empty glasses. I cleared all the empty glasses and empty appetizer dishes off myself. Found a try near by to put them all on. I was constantly bussing the table myself in preparation for the food to come eventually. Once the food came she painfully delivered two plates at a time with quite a bit of time I’m between delivery between each. In my experience with group dining, and I’ve had plenty over the years, there are usually at least 2 people working a group that large, especially when there is a room fee for setup and “support staff”. We called the next day to discuss this with the person that set up our reservation and charged me the room fee. He didn’t have anything to offer us. Like I mentioned earlier the girl was nice but she needed help because she was slow working alone. The food is good, but I wouldn’t recommend have a large group event there. There fee is unjustified for the experience we had. If you say you are charging that fee for support staff then have sole staff or don’t charge that fee.

The atmosphere and service were great. We had a Christmas party/dinner and the venue was very accomodating. The food was excellent and everyone had a great time!

To be fair there were 12 of us. 4 toddlers. Our food was warm at best and two of the babies corn dogs were still frozen. Maybe the kitchen just wasn't communicating well that night. But it was fixed right away and we loved our waiter. We still love this place and will be back.

Our server, Tim, was helpful, personable and added to our enjoying our dining experience.

We had a special event for a birthday party which was mentioned in my booking. Hostess even confirmed our event upon arrival. Food was excellent as always but the service was terrible. We ordered queso and guac as an appetizer and after delivery of the appetizer, the server failed to come by and check to see if anything was needed. I had to walk into the kitchen for more chips after a 5 minute wait of them being empty. I found several servers just standing around and on their phones. Server promptly brought out chips but then failed to ask if we needed more bar drinks which were also empty. Food was delivered and everything was correct, however we again had to point out to our server that we would like more drinks. The server never asked if we were celebrating anything so there was no birthday celebration, song, dessert, etc. I will continue to dine here but will request a different server

Amazing service and food, will definitely return!

I was charged full price for my margarita when it was happy hour. I didn't notice my receipt until the next day. My server shows on my receipt to be, AMARA. Plus I did not notice that there was a gratuity already figured into my bill so I tipped her 40% that day. Next time I will be more careful and I take responsibility for that but I would have preferred that she tell us when she dropped off the tickets for us like restaurants I have eaten in the wait staff tells me when they drop the ticket with me that the gratuity is already figured into my bill.

Wish there was a dress code. No baseball caps for men seated at the dining tables.
