Our team finds daily joy in sharing the art of sushi and hibachi with others. By creating both fusion and traditional-style sushi rolls, sharing flavorful Japanese entrees, and serving fresh hibachi-style meals, we're able to serve the greater West Des Moines community with ease. Every night here is one to remember -- whether in our dining room, at our sushi bar, or in the Hibachi grill room where our specially-trained chefs offer dazzling performances, preparing fresh meat, seafood, and vegetables at your own table-side grill.

We believe our customers care about what they consume and where their food comes from. We do too. The vast majority of our menu items are made in house; we prepare over 135 different items each week. I source locally whenever possible and regularly feature produce from the Grinnell Farmer's Marker in the spring and summer. Our meats and fish are delivered fresh and are never frozen.
