Booked lunch for my mums birthday. Table was by the door which gave a cold draught every time it opened, we were moved without any bother.
Birthday banner was placed by table and the staff came out and sang happy birthday to her.
Food, service, staff, just fab, thank you.

Good choice of food have never had a bad meal there quick service considering it is always busy. Only complaint is people will leave the door open and it is draughty if you sit by the door but that is not due to the tearoom but inconsiderate visitors!!

We have been here several times before but just for a snack and drink: this was the first time we have had a cooked lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. the food was tasty, hot with plenty of vegetables: the service was excellent with friendly and professional serving staff. Very pleasant lunch with friends, all the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Food was great value and plenty of it, I would recommend going hungry the portions are large!
