Tolly's remains the oldest Fine Dining establishment in the Umpqua Valley. It was established in 1968 by Carol and Terry Tollefson and is today owned by their Son Paul Tollefson. Located in beautiful Historic Oakland Oregon it remains one of the finest restaurants in Oregon and features one of the only original working soda fountains on the West Coast. The attention to each ingredient helps set the food quality to the exceptional level. The atmosphere is unmatched and welcoming. Don't miss this stop!
