Had a lovely overnight for my husbands birthday. We checked in around 4.30pm then visited the spa to use the facilities. We loved using the spas, sauna and Jacuzzi.
I asked for some paper cups to have a drink of water and a member of staff arrived at the spa area within minutes. We booked in to the hotel restaurant for dinner and enjoyed this also. Room and bathroom very clean and modern. We enjoyed a very chilled overnight and would definitely return again.

This experience was wholesome. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and the room was clean, big and very confortable. The Spa and swimming-area was really relaxing, especially because the children-playing-area was seperated from the relaxing-area.
For children there is a great Pool with swimmingtoys.
Over all I would Love to stay there again!

This was our first stay at the Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed everything, especially the immaculate spacious room. Weather perfect and great to see people enjoying sitting outside. The staff were all friendly efficient and kept very busy but still nothing was a problem to them. Dinner was lovely, as was breakfast, enough choice for everyone. Again service of the staff outstanding.

Was my boyfriends birthday, the staff left a birthday card in the room which was so sweet!
Server Megan in the restaurant was so lovely and helpful, aswell as the others however she was particularly lovely and could tell she really was a great asset to the team.

We had a meal at the restaurant on two of the nights we stayed at the hotel. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly and polite. The restaurant looks lovely and we managed to sit inside one of the nights, and outside another night, both were really enjoyable evenings. Drinks dinner were absolutely fantastic let down by girl serving (long red hair large lips) breakfast so unfriendly pointed to table Just sit their asked for hard fried egg never got it asked for sauce at breakfast never got it she left our table proceeded to talk to a male staff member for 10 mins i Just think she couldn’t be bothered

Hotel room was gorgeous , we found Michael’s not the same as the last time we stayed , although was couple years ago had no atmosphere , not many places to sit and relax, sure there was more settees last time . Big disappointment the snug was not available to use , was hired out for a function. To be honest this should be kept for the residents , I feel that is what you are paying a higher fee for full use of hotel. But overall we loved our stay spa is excellent.

All the staff were lovely and attentive. The room was comfy and clean. Dinner was delicious.
A wee let down at breakfast, somewhat overcooked and dried out but quickly replaced. The spa was lovely but could do with a water fountain with cups for us that didn't bring water bottles.
Would definitely stay again.

Excellent service, food very good but mushy peas awful. Quite cool where we were sitting and ladies had to wear outdoor jackets.
Can’t praise the service highly enough.
Tables quite far apart which is great so not on top of each other.
All in all a very good experience and will certainly return if in the area again.

I loved our stay at the Parklands hotel . It is a lovely hotel with lovely big bedrooms and a beautiful en - suite . The swimming pool and spa were also very good . We chose to sit outside to have our dinner and breakfast which again the staff were very attentive and pulled out all the stops to for us apart from a young man who came out at 10pm and told us to come inside (very rudely ) . I was also a bit perturbed about not being able to use the facilities till 4pm booking in time which I have never came across before but the receptionist explained the reason for it . All in all I would definitely use the hotel again .
