Outstanding simply Outstanding, scones with clotted cream and jam were heavenly, all the food was delicious, service was wonderful, if you have never had afternoon tea it's a must try. We will be back !

Tea on 3 is a charming little tea room nestled in the heart of Wainfleet where you can have a charming experience with a delightful assortment of finger sandwiches, scones and delectable pastries. Each bite shows the craftsmanship and care that goes into their creation along with an impressive selection of teas. The owners Ian & Andrea give a warm welcome showing true hospitality. Also have a great lunch menu. Something for everyone. A truly delightful experience, have been there several times and will definitely go back.
