We travel from Cambridge to visit Tea On West for their tea soecials and have never been disappointed. The sandwich creations are top notch, the scones are fresh with their own homemade clotted cream and the desserts are delicious! Service is friendly and we are never rushed. We look forward to our next visit in the Spring of 2026!

We have done the afternoon tea at Tea on West twice now and each experience has been amazing!!! The service is always top notch and the tea selection and towers are delicious. The view of the canal is an added bonus and the atmosphere gives serious high tea vibes! Would HIGHLY recommend!!! We can't wait to go back!!!!

We had a lovely experience at The Tea on West. The only thing I would say is that the "Scones" were a bit dense and dry. The decor and ambiance were delightful. Our server Tammy was very friendly and Amanda was very welcoming. We had a great "teatime".

The lady who served us was extremely kind, the food and tea was even more delicious than we expected, definitely on of the best high tea/afternoon tea experiences I have had! You advertised a chocolate fountain with fruit. We did not have that. I have been to many teas. For 35 dollars a person there should have been food for each person. All the teas that I have been to the desserts were made in house not bought. Peanut butter is a good idea for children but what if we had a peanut allergy? You should advertise that you are serving peanut butter.
My granddaughter loved seeing Elsa. She had a good time, I thought that the price was way to
High for what you served. You didn’t ask if people needed more hot water. Great idea just wasn’t what I was expecting.

This new tea shoppe is a welcome addition to West Street, Port Colborne. The afternoon tea look delightful with generous portions on each of the three tiers. Plus, the owner has created curated experiences for children and for adults during this holiday season. I expect she will use her creativity to cover the winter months. The three people in my party only had an hour for lunch but enjoyed our soup or salad and sandwiches and were able to return to our desks in the allotted time.

Tea on 3 is a must for your bucket list. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate any occasion. Andrea is delightful and her high tea food choices are simply delicious. Her tea selection is plentiful and Tea on 3 has some of the prettiest China tea cups. You will not find coffee here. I was delighted to find out she also serves lunch. Just give Andrea a call and she’ll tell you what’s being served for lunch that day.

Tea on 3 is a charming little tea room nestled in the heart of Wainfleet where you can have a charming experience with a delightful assortment of finger sandwiches, scones and delectable pastries. Each bite shows the craftsmanship and care that goes into their creation along with an impressive selection of teas. The owners Ian & Andrea give a warm welcome showing true hospitality. The reason my food went down to a 7 is because I had the bikini crêpe and many of my red peppers were burnt! I also have nothing against children, but was pretty surprised that for fall festival a tea room would do face painting on children inside the building.
Positives, the various teas, the decor and the scones were to die for and our waitress was so lovely.

We had a lovely time at Tea on West. Highly recommend. Just a couple of things would have made it a little bit nicer & please take this as constructive criticism. One person was still parking the car & warm food was already being placed on the table before he joined us. Water available at the table would have been a nice touch since high tea lasts a while. Also small spoons for the jam instead of using our teaspoons on a shared tiered tray would have been a better option. Scones are delish & it’s a lovely venue. Just felt a little “pounced upon” by servers when we walked in. We certainly weren’t rushed but it felt that way at first. Delicious food & I will be back.

Everything was lovely. The food tea and mimosa were delicious. Being on West St is always enjoyable regardless of the season. Very pretty decorated, beautiful chandeliers. The con, the tablecloth on my side had food stains which was a bit of a turn off on the beautiful white tablecloth. I'm sure it's difficult to stay clean but the server had a black shirt on with food stains all over. Maybe wear an apron. We will be back. I have already recommended to my friends.

even from the back of the room, you still see the canal outside the window, which is lovely. Room is nicely decorated in a style that fits 'tearoom' just right. Food was tasty and of a good (not to small, not too big) portion (there was the option of having a larger meal too). Tea was lovely, as was the service (present but not in the way). We will be back. Maybe even for a drop in simple tea in the cozy section by the 'heater with flames'.

Overall it was very nice! Nice location....decor was pretty but I was facing the front and in the windows...the ceiling took away from the overall feeling. (Draped floral fabric could have prevented that!) Still though....the chandeliers and china created a nice atmosphere. Food was very good (exception...the 3 of us found the Yorkshire pudding was well done...mine a little burnt). There was enough to fill us up and take some home for an evening tea.
I/ we would definitely go back again!!!...and I would recommend going.

Water with lemon could be offerred instead of the mimosa. We were not offerred a refill or more boiling water for tea. Also after the roast beef yorkie with gravy I would have enjoyed an alternate plate for my sweets and fruit.
