Lovely location, although a little off the beaten track. Friendly and welcoming staff ,excellent food and wonderful beer brewed on the premises. Would highly recommend.

We went twice as an early evening supper before concerts in Hereford. We asked for a quiet table the first night but it was full in the Snug. But the second night at the same table it was empty! We liked the atmosphere of this pub, the friendliness of the service and the quality and quantity of food was excellent! only one small thing. Please get some mango chutney in for the curries!!

The food was very good but my wife`s steak was not well done / cooked to her satisfaction so she did not eat all of it, We did mention this to the staff and they did refind the costs of that meal which was appreciated

Nice friendly place + food was good value we had afternoon tea + a few drinks ,,, bit dated inside though ,, & the pub all around looked like it could do with a face-lift!! Sat outside which was nice + would go again.

Good food and friendly staff made this an enjoyable evening out. However since we had to provide a deposit of £30 this was not credited when we paid the bill. This may be a problem with Table Agent? Returned the next day and to be fair the deposit was returned without fuss . Will be returning.
