Thoroughly good experience. Menu & food & drink were excellent. Staff were attentive and friendly. Restaurant design & ambience was also excellent. It will be a destination restaurant for us and we would recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly.

We loved the hotel and the staff. Our party of 4 was booked here as part of a Robbie’s 5 day tour, so not sure the actual cost of accommodations and that is only reason for not rating value fully. Hotel was very busy and we did have a bit at times for meals, but the staff was exceptional and were run off their feet trying to keep up, and accommodated our requests as best they could. Rooms and hotel were clean, comfortable. We had two dinners there as well as our breakfast as nothing else around, but glad we did as all of our choices were tasty and well presented. Would highly recommend !! Thanks to Juan and all the staff there

Hotel was easy to find and plenty of parking. Room was clean and comfy bed. My only criticism was the service in the restaurant for the evening meal, it was a bit disorganized and noted wrong dishes coming out wrong or late to other diners, however the food it's self was good and tasty. We had just finished the NC500 , so this is a good stop off before heading to Skye as the bridge to Skye is close by. There is also a small spar super market, next to the hotel so great for stocking up before heading of in the morning

Storm Amy disrupted dinner with complete power loss but the staff were great they worked hard to help everyone to the best of their ability

The hotel was very nice. We ate at the restaurant and it was just ok for dinner and breakfast. One issue was that there is nothing else around the hotel to do. We were with a tour and did not have transportation so we were stuck at the hotel. The other issue is the cost of the hotel. It was way overpriced. We stayed in 7 hotels while in Scotland and this was the most expensive by far, twice as much as one of the places we stayed! And there was no reason for it to be that much more because it wasn’t any nice than the others.

We loved the food, and the staff were very accommodating. We were paying hotel residents and frustrated on several occasions that when we were trying to dine at the hotel, the dining room was loud and filled with charter bus groups. This detracted from our experience greatly. We were asked not to dine until the groups were done (once when we even had reservations), and the hotel became very crowded and lost much of its charm.
