We had a group of 10 celebrate a birthday on Friday, this birthday was a special one as the birthday girl had recently lost a parent and we wanted this to be an amazing time for her and it exceeded our ecxpectations, the service was amazing and we were very well catered to through all our requests, including dietary, decorations, cakes and more!!! We had an amazing time and we have all said we will be returning!!! Amazing food. Amazing service. Beautiful restaurant, we thank you very much again for making my friends birthday such an amazing one

Team Christmas lunch for 5 people. We pre-ordered as short on time and everything went smoothly. Drinks and food service prompt and friendly and food was excellent with us all having different main courses and all of them hitting the spot in size and quality. Never had a bad meal at SOY and looking forward to next time I go there.

We really enjoyed our lunch on Saturday 28th but disappointed that when we went to return on Su day at 5.30pm the restaurant was closed even though on line it said it was open till 7pm

I am not sure why you are including the price of alcoholic drinks when working out services charge. I believed alcoholic drinks we’re exempt from service charge,but they weren’t on my bill

Whilst it was nice to be left to chat, it would have been kind to check and see if we wanted another drink or dessert. The Katsu veg curry, was limited to onion rings and broccoli, woukd have been nice to have more variety, especially for the cost. Overall it was pleasant.

i felt like the lady who was serving us wasn’t very focused on our table as she got our drinks wrong and put us in between 2 very loud tables.
