At the Bistro, our goal is to serve great tasting food while minimizing our environmental impact. We eat here often and always enjoy it. Food is always delicious. But on occasion, the restaurant is very loud. The table behind us was four people yelling, just for their normal conversation. We couldn't hear each other at our table.

The food was so great here that we went back two nights in a row. The pork chop was exceptional. The meat was so tender that you could use a fork to cut it. I had the braised beef the second night, also exceptional. Cesar salad that actually tasted like Cesar salad! So sad that I can’t frequent this restaurant regularly! I would highly recommend if you are wanting an excellent meal during your time on the North Shore.

We have been coming to Kauai for several years and only found the Bistro this year. What a shame! The food and the service were outstanding, Kara was our server on both occasions and she is wonderful. It is a bit noisy, but that only means people are having a good time. We are sad to be leaving today, otherwise we would be coming to the Bistro again several times.
