Fine dining chef's table restaurant set in a private and discreet location in a renowned Japanese garden. Highly sustainable, refined cooking with the highest quality local produce and excellent service. We typically limit both lunch and dinner reservations to 14 people, though we can do larger groups when discussed with us in advance. Our indoor total limit is 24 maximum for a simple menu. We are equidistant between Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Maidstone and provide a very special bespoke dining experience to many regular guests from those areas and the surrounding villages and hamlets.
