N9NE Steakhouse
4321 West Flamingo Road, Las Vegas NV 89103Your father’s steakhouse might scorn this uber-chic dining spot, but we think it’s the 20th Century’s answer to a carnivore’s paradise. 12,500 square feet of stunning décor and innovation spread out for the taking, offering up bounties of unique features to make every dining experience memorable. The two-sided wall of water is breathtaking, the limestone walls and ultra-suede booths are sophisticated, and the massive circular caviar and Champagne bar is intoxicating. And while all these things are enticing, the menu really hits the spot. Elegant dishes like the Kobe Carpaccio, the 16oz. Bone-In Filet Mignon, and the Alaskan King Crab bring it all down to a very palatable size.
N9NE Steakhouse: Carnivores Welcome

Your grandfather’s steakhouse might scorn this uber-chic dining spot, but we think N9NE Steakhouse is the 20th Century’s answer to a carnivore’s paradise. While all these things are enticing, the menu truly takes this steakhouse above the average.
Elegant dishes like the Kobe Carpaccio, the 16oz. Bone-In Filet Mignon, and the Alaskan King Crab bring it all down to a very palatable size. Grill marks and open flames never tasted so good! The Palms Hotel and Casino’s N9NE Steakhouse plates modern Surf, Turf, and all-around American cuisine in a chic, contemporary space that speaks of quality, sophistication, and care. Savor each bite of Executive Chef Barry Dakake’s hearty cuisine with a smile, and comfort in knowing that you’re dining among fellow carnivores that share a similar appreciation for fine flavors.
The exposed brickwork of the walls helps warm the room and offers an element of casual sophistication that complements the somewhat dim lighting. Stainless steel accents anchor the décor in modernity, while large, plush booths welcome all to get comfy and stay a while. The doors are open seven nights a week for dinner only, so why not get away from the Strip for a night without leaving the comfort and luxury of a Las Vegas resort.
Choose from tantalizing appetizers like the famous N9NE Rock Shrimp with spicy Sriracha sauce and lemon aioli or Lobster Pot Stickers, a staff favorite, sure to delight your taste buds and open your mind to new possibilities. Start things off light and fresh with a signature salad like the Smoked Bacon Caesar, and warm up on those cold nights with a bowl of home-made Onion Soup or Lobster Bisque made with real Maine lobster.
Generating a superb balance of land and sea, Chef Dakake creates all sorts of entrees from Colorado Lamb, Organic Fire Chicken, The Kobe Burger, and Truffle Meatloaf to Maine Sea Scallops, Alaskan Halibut, North Atlantic Salmon, and Lazy Man’s Maine Lobster. But steaks are undoubtedly the main event, occupying a section of the menu all their own with numerous aging methods, different varieties of cattle with individually particular diets, and plenty of different premium cuts to choose from. The most popular seem to be the 35 day dry-aged Bone-In Ribeye and 50 day dry-aged Bone-In Sirloin because of the powerful, unique flavors generated by the process, but every cut is a guaranteed winner, and with five different sauces and add-ons like Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Maine Lobster Tail, or Jumbo Shrimp Scampi, you can take your steak to a whole new level of gourmet goodness.
Just a brief taxi ride east of the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas Boulevard, the Palms Hotel stands tall, only a mile and a half down Flamingo Road, so don’t let a fear of distance deter you from a more than worthwhile experience. Instead, ease into N9NE’s stylish loft-inspired dining space and relax on plush leather sofas and chairs or grab a seat at the long, black bar, where a limited menu is available in addition to just about any drink you can fathom. Sports play in the background for the guys, and specialty cocktails are perfect for ladies who enjoy something on the sweeter side, making the bar at N9NE a great place to meet for a quick drink and a few bites while you catch the game, and to sit and wait if you arrive early for reservations or happen to walk in on a whim.
At N9NE Steakhouse, everyone is sure to find a dish to fall in love with. You know; the kind that makes you want to come back for round two. So head to the Palms Hotel and Casino, located west of the Strip on Flamingo Road, and discover why N9NE Steakhouse is one of the premier destinations for quality American style cuisine in a relaxing, business casual atmosphere where anyone can have a good time.
